The federal government has struggled to implement strong and effective measures to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions that are driving climate change while maintaining a large oil and gas sector that employs more than 400,000 people and contributes more than $100 billion annually to the economy.

There is no viable option to replace a. 98% efficient gas furnace in my home. Nothing even close. Big program to replace something that has zero options. Nonsense.
