FTC sues Microsoft to stop $68.7 billion acquisition of Call of Duty developer

The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in an attempt to block Microsoft's acquisition of Activison-Blizzard for $68.7 billion. The two companies had agreed to the purchase in January 2022, and it is one of the largest acquisitions in tech and gaming history.
