Dallas developer breaks ground on business park near DFW Airport

Developers have broken ground on a business park south of DFW International Airport.

Called DFW Walnut Hill, the almost 146,000-square-foot industrial project is being built by Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments.“DFW Walnut Hill is a well-designed project that will meet the needs of a variety of users in a high-demand part of the metroplex where supply is tight,” Hutton Lunsford, chief investment officer of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments, said in a statement.
