This is an outright lie - nothing was received until 1705hrs on 17th March. It actualkly looks like they may have changed comms slightly but failed 'FROM... but forgot to chnage WAS SENT' to will be.
I found out via news article then received generic email over 30 hrs after seeing first news article. I cannot log into my account to see if anyone is using my card so just waiting to find out what is going on. Very very poor communication.

I've had dozens of calls from a so called latitude financial phone number. I refuse to answer them
I found out just after 10am from a news article. They finally sent through an email which basically tells me everything that was in the same article and nothing new or helpful at 6.40pm

How hard is it to develop a “ID Verification Key ' Instead of information being kept on servers, the ID acts as a verification, like a digital wallet, the system recognises the key and boom job done, nothing can be stolen.
Unfortunately, communication is not one of Lattitude Finance's strong points. Dreadful company to deal with. My expectation of them doing the right thing or taking responsibility is very low.
