In a move aimed at supporting and growing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Absa will provide up to R50-million in energy subsidies under its Green Asset Finance programme for qualifying SMEs.

Coal will remain South Africa's base energy. ABSA can keep their money. We will never abandon coal for at least another 50 years. SA's contribution to pollution is less than 2%. Let the US that account for more than 60% rush to transition. Let the US and the West stop this crap.
