Aguele-Kalu made the call on Sunday in Benin City after the clean-up exercise organized in the state.
The Commissioner commended all civil and public servants who participated in the clean-up exercise while also applauding Obaseki for his directive that paved the way for such a commendable initiative. The commissioner said most of this waste ends up in landfills, sewers, beaches, and water bodies, which poses a serious environmental hazard.
