The latest in the Seaborne Freight controversy: A British auditor's report has indicated that £800,000 was spent in consultancy fees analysing the bids for the no-deal Brexit ferry contracts, including Seaborne Freight's terminated contract.

Unless I'm missing something, stating that 'Mister Speaker as I have made clear, not a penny of taxpayer’s money has gone, or will go, to Seaborne' isn't the same as saying that nothing has been spent on the process of dealing with the Seaborne bid.
