BGF, a growth capital investor, has announced a “multimillion-euro” equity investment in Ocean Crest Marine, a Galway-based specialist marine plant hire business.
The deal will see BGF become a “significant minority shareholder in the business”, according to a statement from BGF.Ocean Crest Marine was founded in 2013 by Marcus Lally, CEO and majority shareholder of the business.
