Less than two years ago, Brambles merged its CHEP China pallets business with Loscam’s operations in the country. Now the ASX-listed logistics giant has come for Loscam’s South East Asia business.Street Talk can reveal Brambles, capitalised at $20.
Greenhill’s remit is primarily to secure Loscam’s South East Asia business; however, it is understood Brambles is not averse to increasing its investment in China. Brambles already owns 20 per cent of the combined CHEP-Loscam China business via the aforementioned deal struck in November 2022.
