“This morning, I walked by the outside there, and I could smell the odor of alcohol and stuff from there,” Charles told KOMO News while walking his dog Buddy from the park back to their home, about a block away.Others hanging around the dog park told KOMO News they often see people coming and going from the vacant building, but none knew that the hole in the ground existed.
At that time, Belltown business owners told us that a Seattle Police Department commander said drug detectives and a crime prevention coordinator would check the property.
