The excessive rain in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro has left one dead and many displaced. The flooding has caused major damage to roads, homes, vehicles and infrastructure leaving hundreds without electricity and thousands under water.
Some residents say they were still trying to piece their lives back together after the first flood, now they are being hit again.
