Regulator also says firms must invest £51bn in services, including avoiding leaks

Ofwat, the water regulator, has ordered water companies in England and Wales to cut bills for customers by £50 over five years and spend £51bn on improving services and investment in infrastructure.

The water companies ought to be ordered to fix the leaks in the system.

To cut bill properly Nationalize water companies. If fact all Public Services. They are run by foreign fat cats for profit. All national resources should by state run for the people not greedy fat cats. Put people before profit.
