The Golden State Warriors have been named the Sports Business Journal Team of the Decade.

"It's a huge recognition for all the work that people have put into this organization this decade," Warriors president Rick Welts said in an interview with CNBC.
Missed the playoffs the first three years of the decade in a league that has half the field qualifying, wasn't a serious contender until the middle of the decade, and on the verge of falling off the map to end the decade, while the Patriots have been contenders every year.
