Washington Congressional leaders and the White House are engaged in a last round of frantic negotiations to finalize an agreement for an interim coronavirus relief funding package, but how to execute an effective testing strategy in the face of the devastating pandemic remains a key sticking point in negotiations.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi expressed optimism on a private conference call with House Democrats on Monday evening that a deal could be reached as soon as Monday night on the package that will include funding for a small business loan program that has run dry as well as other priorities, three sources on the call told CNN. According to those sources, House Democratic leaders indicated that if there's a deal Monday night, a vote in the House would take place on Wednesday.

Covid-19 has came here to stay. Let the normal life function.
