The European commission president, Ursula von der Leyen, has announced that Europe will need about €1tn to fight the Covid-19 pandemic. This money could be used to establish a European recovery fund. But where will the money come from?

Why does the EU need to borrow money. It can print EUROs. Soros just wants them to get into debt and he wants to be the lender to rake in the interest.
