The streaming service now counts 33.5 million paid subscribers, for a total of 54.5 million overall, including those using free promotions. But the streaming service "won't be able to fully work for the company as intended," according to eMarketer analyst Ross Benes.
This has been a great opportunity for disneyplus to acquire customers - especially with all the families at home! Hopefully the D+ growth can offset some of Disney's other hard hit businesses. 😥
