UK GDP has suffered its worst quarterly fall since 2008, as the coronavirus lockdown hits the economy

The UK economy wasn’t doing particularly well before the Covid-19 lockdown struck. GDP did rise by 0.1% in January , but the economy then contracted by 0.

And this is why: Restart the economy, Now! If not, more business and jobs will suffer!

Time to use common sense. The healthy are so low risk its unbelievable. The economy could start getting back on its feet straight away. There has to be something bigger going on in the govement for the non science backed actions they're taking.
