TikTok, which is owned by the Chinese internet company ByteDance, is one of hottest tech companies in the world and is staffing up rapidly in the US as its wild growth continues . Kate Barney, the head of HR for TikTok America's global business solutions team, said TikTok is looking for people ready to dive in headfirst.
