Tuesday, 30 Jun 2020 04:54 PM MYTKUALA LUMPUR, June 30 — The Malaysian Institute of Professional Estate Agents and Consultants has urged the government to extend the incentives under the Home Ownership Campaign to the secondary market.
The secondary market refers to previously owned properties, while the primary market refers to new properties by developers. According to the data from the National Property Information Centre, the secondary market accounted for 80 per cent of all property transactions in 2019.
