This includes restrictions allowing residents to only leave their homes for essentials.

First off, if I'm Australian, I doubt my first choice is Americans. Secondly, it's an expensive place. Sydney is priced like Laguna Beach. So good luck finding a reasonably cost place to live. Not sure about Melbourne.
