The firm also went on a hiring spree this year as clients' digital engagement picked up during the pandemic. Between April and June, Fidelity hired more than 2,000 employees firm-wideincluding financial consultants and technology associates, the company said in a statement alongside second-quarter earnings released in August. Top asset-management execs are gearing up for big tech revamps. Here's how they're thinking about budgets, hiring, and high-priority projects.

"Fidelity values its associates and provides them competitive compensation and benefits packages to reflect that," a spokesperson said. that US-based companies pay non-US workers, using H-1B visa data collected and published by the Office of Foreign Labor Certification. These salary ranges reflect annual base salaries, not total compensation, which covers other pay like equity awards and bonuses. The 6 biggest US banks granted over 5,000 H-1B visas last year.
