Senators pressed a Google executive Tuesday over whether the tech giant wields too much power over advertisers and publishers in the digital ad market. It comes amid increasing scrutiny of the company's dominance.

Harrison, testifying remotely by video, responded that publishers and advertisers have choices other than Google. He pointed to the fact that digital advertising prices have fallen over the years as evidence that competition is robust.

"I think there's tremendous choice. I think there's lots of competitors. I think prices have come down," Harrison replied."I don't see the market failure that would require regulation." Republicans, including Hawley, Ted Cruz of Texas and subcommittee chair Mike Lee of Utah, tried to frame their complaints about anti-conservative bias as evidence of Google's undue clout.

NPR fails to admit that media outlet wield too much power over the voting public. NPR abuses this power.

Google doesn't Monopolize Digital Ad Market, like Facebook doesn't Monopolize Social Media and Amazon doesn't Monopolize Internet Retail Market. Each company just dominates these markets and is a quasi-monopoly.

Google and power? Nah!
