Fox News, Newsmax, and One America News all received notices warning of "imminent" litigation from Dominion and Smartmatic.
"Newsmax has published and aired on numerous occasions that Dominion was challenging the claims made by President Trump and his attorneys," Newsmax spokesperson Brian Peterson told Insider. I personally think the voting machines had tainted code. They need to make voting machine software code open source and available to the public for examination, or else I believe nothing, except that fraud can easily and did easily occur in the election.
