My business is thriving because we recognized that paying our hard working entry level employees wages that increasingly left them unable to afford basic living expenses was morally and economically absurd. johnp_driscoll If there's a spike in minimum wage, hours and/or employees just get cut to keep the labor costs in line. You can try raising prices, but only by so much.
