Federal investment in domestic physical infrastructure, research and development, and education and training has declined steadily since the 1960s, to between 1% and 2% of GDP recently. Mr. Biden aims to reverse that, boosting federal investment by 1% of GDP over eight years.
And taxes... A massive liberal spending orgy will also inevitably raise taxes as debt will skyrocket.
Unfortunately I think the Democrats are almost in the process of overheating the US economy with all their stimulus. The US economy would recover naturally with increased vaccination rate and peoples savings from last year (lockdown = less consumption = piles of cash) .
Time to raise taxes on the rich, another smart move from POTUS & also polls very well with all Americans. There wouldn't even be a stock market without the Middle-class. It's time for regular Americans to get tax breaks while the rich pay.
