I don't know how anyone can afford to buy a house now. You need to be a millionaire now 🙄 we will be paying it back for the rest of our lives.

The toilet roll effects is real just like during the pandemic time. Foolish to jack up prices and paid more than the market rate because of low interest rate plus post pandemic.
