Angelina Jolie wants out of her wine business with brad Pitt.

"There have been material disagreements between the parties regarding the management of the assets in 10 France," Jolie's lawyers claim in the docs."... Petitioner does not want to jointly hold separate property assets with her ex-husband or be his unwilling and disregarded business partner."

Jolie's lawyers also allege that nearly two years of buyout discussions between the exes were unsuccessful, noting that the actress"has no ability to force Respondent to buy out her separate property membership interest in Nouvel, LLC," and thus her"only alternative is to sell her interest in Nouvel, LLC, to a third-party."
