By ignoring industry best practices and breaking the law , there have to be compelling reasons why HR and DEI people choose to do such an obviously wrong thing.Here are what I believe to be the primary reasons:We may elect septuagenarian presidents, but otherwise, our country values youth over age. Youth signifies energy, vitality, and beauty, while age represents weakness, decline, and unattractiveness.

LarrySamuel This is sad, I didn’t realize it was such a problem. I never saw our society or the elderly in that view. Though just because I don’t see it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
