Credit downgrade is looming on the horizon

It is a Hail Mary pass to make $IBM look like innovators. Bottom line they aren't.

The Red Hat deal should tell investors that IBM management needs to be replaced. Sooner is better.

Who would pay $33B for a free operating system? The company that still wants to charge its customers just for existing.

IBM RedHat Nonsense ! If done well, they can offer secure open-source Cloud to 100's of big Customers that don't want to be spied by Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc. & their good ideas copied by them or worst. Neuron integrated SoC w/ Linux sounds great. FBI watch TV shorters!

Nah, it takes a well working brain in order to understand the acquisition's endeavor. IBM

It really was, i don’t know how you can justify paying such a premium
