Women’s enrollment in full-time MBA programs, which stalled in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, leaped to all-time high of 41% in 2021, and for the first time ever three business schools reached gender parity, new Forte Foundation research revealed.

, more than half of business schools now report 40% or more women enrolled. And for the first time in history, three business schools have reached gender parity: George Washington University School of Business, The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and John Hopkins University Carey School of Business.

Currently, 6% of CEOs at S&P 500 companies are women and about 40% of those women have an MBA , according to Forté research.
