I work for a call center that is contracted by Verizon and I always feel bad for everyone involved.
I have actually asked the Tier 1 support to feed me back to their terrible automated assistant because I was not done screaming at it.
Imagine being so narcissistic that you believe there is a telecom left that hasn't done a human centipede or two, but with enough customers to go around in a circle.

Nope. Title goes to EX-ATT customers who only could “talk” with a non-funtioning bot or a broken APP; when all you want to do is get into your account. Funny, but you can pay bill easypeasy. 🤔 Changing providers was faster!
