The Indigenous People of Biafra has reacted to the killing of a traditional ruler in Imo State, Edwin Azike by unknown gunmen on Thursday.IPOB accused the governor of the state, Hope Uzodinma of being behind Azike’s murder, alleging that the governor had threatened to act against any monarch who failed to do his bidding.
The pro-Biafra group separatist group said, “The global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra under the command and leadership of our great leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu strongly condemns the gruesome murder of the traditional ruler of Njaba by unknown and fake gunmen created by evil politicians in Imo State.
“Things are going wrong in Imo State because of threats Hope Uzodinma gave all traditional rulers and stakeholders in the state. He had threatened that any of them who did not do his bidding would have himself to blame, and today his threats have become real.
