Vice-Chancellor, Redeemer’s University (RUN), Ede, Osun State, Professor Anthony Akinlo, has promised that the institution will invest more in world-class infrastructure and human capital for sustainable leadership above its peers in the country.

He also charged all staff to brace up and get ready for higher performance for sustainable leadership in the Nigerian education space.

Speaking on the recent achievement of the institution as the best private university in Nigeria, Akinlo stated that the feat has conferred higher responsibility on the university and that the ranking would increase healthy competition among its peers within the Nigerian university system. He said he foresees a situation where all the participants would go back to the drawing board to do the needful, which would position them for better ranking by meeting the set standards and performance metrics.

The professor of economics warned against complacency, urging all staff to work harder, compete better, and get set for higher performance for sustainable leadership in every area. He reiterated the commitment and support of the proprietor of the university to continue to invest in world-class infrastructure and human capital for sustainable leadership above its peers in the country.
