The tech giant Sunak's wife owns shares in is 'closing its Russia office' after an outcry

It comes after it was revealed last week that Akshata Murty owned shares thought to be "worth hundreds of millions", with the company having been founded by her father.

It later said in a statement: "We do not have any active business relationships with local Russian enterprises."

RishiSunak The thing is, although the slap was not the right thing to do, neither was the “joke” . It was was abhorrent. So is investing in Russia. Of all people, your own wife putting roubles into Putin’s pocket should mean you resign.

I bet he had to beg for that one, probably had to sleep on the couch for a few nights too and was told to go and explain it to the father in law, lol.
