Investigators determined a man shot at a woman in self-defense after a road rage incident in Tuscaloosa. He will not face charges, but she is charged with menacing.

Figgers, authorities said, believed the couple had cut her off in traffic. During the argument, she reportedly showed a gun.

Authorities said she is believed to have pointed the gun at the male again as she was pulling off and that’s when he fired shots, striking her vehicle.
