Gallagher told ABC News Breakfast her government was reviewing the budget for waste but would preserve the support measures announced in March by the previous government.“We’ve got short-term relief already in the budget over the next year that was announced in the previous government’s final budget and that will carry us through to the end of September, towards the end of September,” Gallagher said.
“We have the climate imperative, sitting over the top of everything and an urgent need to reduce Australia’s emissions and take a global leadership position in responding to the breakdown of our climate.“
