Sky News Queensland Editor Peter Gleeson says right now it is obvious foot and mouth disease is a “time bomb” waiting to happen for the agriculture industry in Australia.

“We have to look at biosecurity provisions within the Indonesian government,” he told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

Agricultural Minister Murray Watt recently confirmed foot and mouth disease has been detected in meat products being brought into Australia from both Indonesia and China.
