Mr Husic defended the government’s emissions reduction targets in the face of strong criticism from Greens leader Adam Bandt who has called for a gas and coal moratorium. “We’re not going out there trying to fire up every new coal and gas project but at the same time we’re not shutting them down,” Mr Husic said.
