Two more leases have been signed for a newly built Goodyear industrial park, bringing the facility to 100% occupancy.has landed four big tenants at the facility that only finished construction in January. The warehouses were developed by Phoenix-based ViaWest Group.
Last year, Kentucky-based BC Recycling Asset Recovery Solutions and Switzerland-based Georg Fischer, which transports liquids and gases,Since then, R Restoration LLC, which manufactures tiny homes, signed a lease for 68,000 square feet and Miami-based Paramount Global Surfaces, also known for the brand Happy Floors, signed a lease for 144,000 square feet of space in the facility, which is located at 16535 W. Elwood St.
The industrial project is also located near a 1.3 million-square-foot Home Depot distribution facility and other large users including Macy's, Andersen Professional building Services and Huhtamaki. McCall & Associates Architects Inc. was the architect, while Willmeng Construction Inc. was the general contractor for Goodyear Crossing.
The new warehouse will include PGS' product lines, including porcelain tile, ceramic tile, natural stone and luxury vinyl tile, and create up to 100 jobs, according“This investment reflects our confidence in our continued growth trajectory. We are very happy to have a presence in Goodyear, Arizona and excited to better support our west coast customers," said Paramount Global Surfaces CEO Mike Draves in a statement.
