Ashlar Development LLC will add 122 acres and more than 500 homes to its Wildridge community on Lake Lewisville north of Dallas.

Irving-based Ashlar will also deliver 25 acres of new commercial, retail and civic space to Wildridge, which is in Oak Point.

Working in partnership with the city of Oak Point leaders, the expansion positions the community for significant growth and aims to provide critical infrastructure improvements to residents in the area, said Steve Yetts, president of Ashlar Development.
