Tyler, Texas-based health service provider Choice Health at Home has acquired Instant Care of Arizona, according to a news release.
The acquisition is part of Choice's plan to expand its home health, private duty, rehabilitation and hospice services in the Southwestern U.S. This is Choice's second acquisition in 2022. The company completed 10 transactions last year. Founded in 2003, Instant Care or Arizona provides in-home health care for seniors. The company's office is at 2601 E. Thomas Road, #220 in Phoenix., president of Choice, said in the release."This is a great step and one that established an excellent start in the state of Arizona."will be joining the company as the new regional VP of operations. Before joining Choice, Fultz spent a decade in leadership with Instant Care.
