at the City of Grand Prairie’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, Scannell Properties has made more industrial news.

Indianapolis-based developer Scannell Properties has sold a newly delivered 698,880 square feet distribution center on 37 acres of land to Los Angeles-based Cohen Asset Management. Randy Baird, Jonathan Bryan, Ryan Thornton, Nathan Wynne and Eliza Bachhuber with CBRE National Partners arranged the transaction on behalf of the Scannell.Just 15 miles outside of Dallas, Sunridge II, located at 1700 North Goode Road in Wilmer, was completed weeks ago with Alabama-based Cooper Construction Company serving as the general contractor.

Sunridge Business Park is currently home to Unilever, Geodis, Ace Hardware, Amazon, Medline and Smuckers, among other top distribution companies.
