Billionaire mining tycoon Patrice Motsepe has outlined critical intervention that, in his view, will swiftly transform ailing state-owned enterprises like Transnet and Eskom back into world-class companies.
"Step number one: employ the best people with the best skills and expertise, [that is] non-negotiable. Step number two: pay them well.
