, a gourmet healthy food catering company, is opening Amelia's by Eat in Scottsdale. The restaurant and market will open in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood in mid-June.The restaurant is named after Weber's grandmother who inspired her to cook."She was the most amazing cook and when she visited from Germany every summer, we'd have the best dinners on the table every night. Weber started working as a private chef in 2007 and in 2015, she opened a brick-and-mortar catering space at the corner of Shea and Tatum boulevards. In the same year, she also started working with the Arizona Cardinals' culinary operations. The space will include a grocery-style refrigerator packed with wine, salads, sushi and some of Eat's tried and true favorites like snack packs and chicken salad to-go.
