Her name is Kelleth? Of course she's trying to wrongfully sue someone.

Didn’t expect that!

a model when agreeing to do something signs a contract and in that contract ti determines how the likeness is used. Because she is representing fiji which is not her brand, she doesnt have good odds of winning her case.

Sure Kelleth, the int'l press showed up to capture the human end table NOT the stars grabbing water off her tray.

Good for her, that's what the US is all about, make money any way you can 😂

gold diggers will be gold diggers... but she doesn't have a case. Maybe she likes paying attorney's fees?

A model’s brand and source of income is their likeness. She likely had a contract to appear on the red carpet, with the intent to end up in press photos with the Fiji water. I doubt her agreement included them turning around and making cardboard cutouts of her likeness.

I believe the key point in this story is that she changed her fist name (assuming of her own free will) from Kelly to 'Kelleth'

They should pay her $150,000. She put them on the map.

Fiji Water Girl Kelleth Cuthbert sues the company that helped make her famousFiji Water Girl may have gotten her fame serving water and undeniable photobombs on the red carpet, but she’s now coming for the water company. Not famous enough, never heard of her. Sounds like she's trying to capitalize on her 15 minutes...if she's too greedy, she'll lose everything she already got from this. I hope she wins this. 'She didn't 'sign away her rights to 'Fiji Water Girl,'' despite the company pressuring her to do so with a 'fake document' and enticing gifts.' They're shady. Can you imagine them making cutouts of Jamie Lee Curtis and putting them in public?
