Asyou will set the strategic direction for the Unit managers, including ensuring an alignment of resources with the functions, preparing the Units for change, and motivating the teams to maximise the value of the resources deployed in order to achieve the overall mission of the Centre.

Working under the overall guidance of the Director General , the DFA will be responsible for ensuring the Centre’s operational and financial stability. The DFA will oversee risk analysis, budget planning, compliance, and audit relations, ensuring that the Centre’s assets are safeguarded and utilized efficiently.
