Aviation IAG threatens to pull investment and planes from Aer Lingus unless pilots accept pay deal
The parent company of Aer Lingus has threatened to limit investment in the airline, including cancelling deliveries of new planes, unless agreement is soon reached with pilots on a new pay deal. Luis Gallego, chief executive of International Airlines Group , the parent company of Aer Lingus, said negotiations were not going well and that the gap between both sides was “extreme.”
