Vern's shoe company has publicly apologized to all Malaysians regarding their logo, which is claimed to resemble the word Allah on their shoe soles. The company states that they have no intention of producing a logo design that disrespects or mocks any religion, and they are willing to refund customers who have purchased the products. They see this as a valuable lesson to be more careful and meticulous in their decision-making to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.

: Syarikat pengeluar kasut Vern’s hari ini memohon maaf secara terbuka kepada semua rakyat Malaysia berhubung logo yang didakwa seakan-akan mirip kalimah Allah pada tapak kasut keluarannya.

“Pihak kami telah mengambil langkah segera berhenti jual dan bersedia untuk memulangkan kembali wang kepada pelanggan yang telah membeli barangan tersebut,“ menurut kenyataan syarikat itu di Facebook hari ini. Syarikat itu turut menjelaskan logo pada tapak kasut keluarannya adalah 100 peratus diilhamkan berdasarkan bayangan garisan tali yang bersambung dengan sebuah kasut tumit tinggi.
