Lee Hsin Chong, managing director of BNL, explains how he uses subsidies and grants to help his company and staff improve.The government has given a lot of subsidies grants … to help us stretch the dollar. But stretching the dollar means that you will need to be ready to invest a portion of it as well to better the company.
