Williams have revealed they have secured the services of 26 personnel from rival F1 teams, including former Alpine technical director Matt Harman.Underling what team principal James Vowles says is their 'mission to fight our way back to the front', Williams' major recruitment includes arrivals from Mercedes, Ferrari, four from Red Bull and 10 from Alpine.
Williams, who are ninth in the Constructors' Championship, have focused on strengthening their aerodynamics team and design office with the arrivals starting work at the Grove outfit during the course of this year.Harman, who resigned from Alpine at the start of the season, joins as design director.
